The old man standing at the cash register is very rude. I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes. No one took the order, then he gave me my change short. I said is today your first day. He cursed at me. I won't come here again.

This place has really gone downhill. A gentleman or two are not busy but refuses to take your order and makes you order at the kiosk, which makes no sense. You're just standing around. Then, we order a gourmet combo, and they did not give us our drink (that we paid for), claiming we didn't order a drink. How does that make sense when a COMBO was ordered? My wings and fries were given, yet they argued and refused to give us our drink. This used to be my favorite place. Terrible service, especially from a "manager."

I’ve never seen a restaurant that has five people in line and the employees are ignoring them. There is a lady that was just sitting on her phone at the register and would not even make eye contact with any customers. Delivery people were asking for food that was already prepared on the counter behind her, and she continued to play on her phone for another five minutes and then finally give them the food. I’ve honestly never seen that much negligence out of an employee before

I showed up and asked the decorating if they are open and pointed at the kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly. Only way to get a receipt is by email or scan. I don't trust scans. I waited 7 minutes before someone started cooking the fries. When I got my food they failed to give me my drink. The price is high for what I received. Huge disappointment from what I remembered about this place.
