The boneless wings weren't cooked right, and the manager, whoever she is, was rude. The food was nasty, and I got the meal but received regular fries instead of the bacon and cheese fries I ordered. I made it clear to the girl who took my order that I wanted bacon and cheese fries. When I received my food, I checked it, and it was incorrect. The brown-skinned, chubby lady was very rude. Terrible, would give it zero stars if I could. Inattentive staff and they seem to make up their own hours when they open and close in comparison to the rest of the restaurants in the food court. Way better Charley’s locations have closed than this, go ahead and shut this one down!
My wife and her friend came home from the mall today and were bummed about a horrible sub sandwich that she bought for yall here. They wouldn't refund her after she said it was inedible. You don't care about delivering quality? Thanks for this gross feeling, sandwich and service. I'll never eat here again just for this. Yuck. Yuck. Yuck.
