I was a little wary after seeing the low rating and some of the reviews but I experienced nothing like what others have complained about. The man working gave wonderful customer service and the food was perfect! I hadn't been to a Charley's cheesesteak in over 20 years and this made my day, thanks!

Saddest cheese steak I've ever ordered. There was probably 2 oz at most of meat on this 6 inch sandwich.
