5/26/24 OakwoodMall eau claire.....the food was great as usual but the employees at this location are horrible!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I love there food but I won't ever go there again after today's experience....worst customer service experience of my life!
Worst service I have EVER had in my literal life. Went there and there was no one attending the counter so we waited assuming they were just in the restroom or something even though there was no sign or bell or anything. Security asked us what was going on and we said we were just waiting. They decided to go into the back in which the guy was just hanging out back there I guess and approached clearly pissed off when he came up. Outstanding customer service by all the employees on the clock. Everyone was friendly, quick, and provided a great experience. I will def be back again!
Me and my husband went there and I cannot say enough of how disappointed I was. We each ordered the Philly cheese steak with cheese & bacon fries. We proceeded to wait for our food for over 45 minutes, and when we got it the fries were cold, the cheese was ice cold, and the bacon on top was literally still frozen, and forgot to put half the toppings on our sandwich. My Husband took our food back up and the 1 worker that was there proceeded to tell him he was late for work and didn't have time to heat anything up.
