After 25 minutes standing second in line and witnessing two wrong orders made, I decided they hadn’t earned my business to try their food.
Put a note on the register they would be back in 15 mins. Waited 30 mins and they didn’t come back. Then saw who I thought was a customer sitting around the register the entire time finally jump over the counter to start taking orders. There were over ten people waiting.
There's no one there to help, and everything is dirty
You may want to teach your employees customer service when working a customer-facing job. Busy? Cool. But, at least say I’ll be with you in just a moment instead of blatantly ignoring people. Common courtesy goes a long way. I didn’t catch her name, but she was the young lady with curly hair working today 07/31/2026.
