I didn't like the service. There's an employee who is very rudely all the time name Victor. We were going to buy more sandwiches until he gave us an attitude. My family didn't want to buy there anymore and we only ordered one sandwich.
Paulina is exceptionally nice! Very kind, she hears your order and makes suggestions on Extras you may have forgotten. She makes the Charleys sandwich experience worth the come backs to this location at West Covina Mall! Thank you for going the extra mile!
Bad costumer service
This food is so good. They cook it up in front of you and serve it open face so the hot and cold things don’t mix till you’re ready for it. Also do yourself a favor and get the peach lemonade, it’s outstanding! Also the fries with the Cajun seasoning were cooked to perfection. It’s in the mall food court, so seating is easy and abundant.
