They stole my money. They took an online order when they were closed Easter Sunday and will not refund me my money. UPDATE: After several phone calls, emails and this complaint it was resolved. The franchise owner Hamad made the decision to refund me in cash and offered me a free meal in the future.
Let me start off by saying if i can give this 0 stars i would! I stopped by earlier today and ordered just a regular phillysteak and didn’t receive it until 30 minutes after, on top of that my sandwich was a small… ridiculous!! that bald man making the sandwiches was very slow and couldn’t understand him. the atmosphere was very loud with the music and overstimulating i couldn’t even hear myself. Not worth your time!
Looks dirty inside, takes for ever to get food, only 1 person working
Burnt sandwich and won't pick up the phone. I was a regular customer until today.
