I will never pick up an order from here or personally eat here. The first issue from a few weeks ago; the cashier was on the phone talking to her friend when she handed me the order. I got to the car, only to notice, I was short a cookie. I went back inside, went up to the cashier who was still on the phone and requested the missing cookie. She informed me they had no more. I wanted to order a drink… 2 ladies were working this day they both didn’t even acknowledge me standing at the register playing and talking over people who is not OK so I walked it off and all they drink somewhere else. They are so unprofessional maybe if they wanna talk over people food they should wear a mask even a hairnet

I have always loved this place but today was a different story... I wont go into the details here but all I will say is we had to end up speaking to mall security because of the incident.. needless to say we waited a good 10 minutes to be waited on and the girl that finally came to wait on my husband her name was Teia who was not at all happy to wait on my husband and what followed afterwards has us never wanting to go in there again... I had a very unpleasant experience at this Charlie’s Cheesesteaks location. The staff was unprofessional from the start, but the situation escalated when I witnessed a worker touch raw, uncooked chicken and then immediately handle cooked chicken without changing gloves or washing hands. When I politely requested that my food be remade due to obvious food safety concerns, the worker became upset. This was easily one of the worst Charlie’s experiences I’ve ever had. I’m from New York and I’ve seen my share of bad service, but this was on another level. I walked up to the counter and, one by one, every employee disappeared into the back—some of them even made direct eye contact with me as they walked away. No one said, “One minute” or “We’ll be right with you.” They just left.
