The worst Charley’s I’ve ever visited. The bacon was burnt, my fries and drink spilled everywhere and they made no attempt to rectify of replace what was lost. The condiment station was completely empty so when I asked for packets they said “ketchup is over there” and didn’t believe me when I said it was empty. What remaining fries I had were overcooked and the sandwich tasted like dogfood. I love Charley’s and this visit has made me not want to have it again for a long time.
Food was good. Service was okay.

I work at the mall so U often go to the food court on my break, and when i went today i had what started to be a very lovely interaction with one of the employees. She had complimented me in spanish and i misunderstood what she said so we started talking about my spanish and how much i know.
