Cashier very nice friendly and helpful i love this place
1) Didn't get my receipt the cashier said they don't have a printer . 2) They missed my order and they were rude when I get back asking them to correct my order. 3) their prices are higher than other Charley's locations. 4) There was no Ketchup. 5) the meat portion is smaller than what I used to have in other Charleys locations. 6) Although, I paid tip ahead , but I will definitely dispute this charge. 7) None of the staff was fluent in English including the cashier !!!!🤔 🤔🤔 Try other locations rather than this locations.
The service was fine and the atmosphere was good, but the food was lacking. The steak flavor was off and too chewy, and the cheese whiz tasted nothing like it should. The graphic in the window claimed number 1 cheesesteak in the world, but I have to respectfully disagree.

Didn't wait too long, service was pretty good. Was in and out quickly.
