Update: I only order fries or mozzarella sticks now due to the unhealthy grill cleaning habits. Today the marinara sauce was spoiled. Almost had a brown coloring and tasted really sour. New management is needed here...... QUICK! While waiting on my order, I watched the cook make 7 cheese steaks. Not once scraping the grill. Disgusting!
Food always cook as ordered so hot and ready to eat. Taste is always on point. The workers are polite and respectful.
OMGoodness...I love Charleys!!! They have the best chicken philly sandwiches and the best fries!!!! I have been a fan for years PLEASE keep up the good work!!!
LOL So expensive for mediocre food not to mention the employees here have awful attitudes and service.
