I had a poor experience with male employees.
Staff is unfriendly, don’t know how to talk while I was waiting for my order, they were making some inappropriate comments about some people
I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, but my recent visits have been disappointing. The steak in the sandwiches seems to be getting smaller each time, and I really miss the provolone they used to use. The new white cheese tastes more like processed slices and doesn’t reflect the same quality I remember.
Edison has amazing customer service. True asset to this business. I have been coming here for over 10 years and this place never seems to disappoint me. Very consistent with flavourful food and great portions for your money. Keep up the great work Charley's team and thanks again Edison, appreciate your help. See you soon! 👌
Just a suggestion for order pick ups should be at the end not at the order section. I order pick up since I work in the mall so I don’t have to line up if I have to pick up at the order area I’m having to line up or I’m butting in line.
