The food quality at Charley’s Philly Cheesesteak in Lakeside Mall has drastically declined. We eat here every time we visit Metairie, but today’s experience was completely different. Both sandwiches had a sour meat taste that was immediately noticeable after the first few bites. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with meat and cheese only, well done. I order the large fries every week from the oakwood mall location and I always get what I pay for, came in thinking I would get the same quality, and amount and got a small box saying it was large and barely no cheese or bacon on it, will never be back and never recommend
