I order the large fries every week from the oakwood mall location and I always get what I pay for, came in thinking I would get the same quality, and amount and got a small box saying it was large and barely no cheese or bacon on it, will never be back and never recommend
This is the worst place to eat. I ordered boneless wings, they tased horrible. I also got fries with cheese sauce, nastiest cheese sauce ever. My boyfriend ordered a cheesesteak. He said the meat was sour. Save yourself the trouble and money and do not eat here. Also their lids are terrible.
Ever since they got new management , the customer service here SUCKS ! THIS used to be my spot to eat at Lakseside shopping center. NEVER again!! Very rude! And the food quality has deminished
I paid extra for extra chicken through DoorDash and didn’t get extra chicken, this time. Last time, I know they don’t wear hair nets, and likely someone there has a beard, cuz I found hair in my cheese steak, I was doing moving work and was starving, I didn’t take a pick, I took the hair out and ate my food because I needed it to work. I wouldn’t recommend this place
