The cashier took my order right away, and she also informed me of the rewards program. And the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and made exactly how I asked.
To be honest, I don’t really like to eat at food courts inside any malls, but my mom and I were already at Lakeside Mall so we decided to try Charley’s Cheesesteaks. The service was decent, but fast. We ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak ($11.99), a 20 piece Boneless Wings & Fries combo ($16.99), and a large Coke ($3.29). The cheesesteak was a little salty, but not bad. Just tasted average. The older man that works the grill has the most disgusting energy and attitude. Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered from here a few times and every time iv gone their was a problem with my food. Today was the day i decided I’ll never go back. I have worked in the mall for 8 years as well so being treated like this makes me feel horrible!
