Told my brother to get a small Old School Cheesesteak and small bacon and cheese fries, and it somehow totaled $19.59 for subpar food.
Over $18 for this. When I asked if that's all the steak that comes on it, they replied with "you ordered a small. Thats a small." Pathetic. Do not recommend. What a waste of my hard earned money. Not to mention the long line. If I could give it a 0, I would. I'm tempted to pull my 5 dollar tip out of the tip jar. 10 minutes later: Buffalo chicken was runny, sloppy( just as it looks). Cheese steak was dry and minimal. Again. Highly dont recommended
I understand that sometimes it’s a rush. But there is no need to be rude to customers when we are just simply saying we are missing multiple items. I ordered a kids meal and I was missing fire and a side of Oreos. I literally only got the wings. when I said I was missing the items the manger flip over the screen and got upset at us. Instead of getting us what we are missing she got upset at us. The tiny bit of chicken for $11 is ridiculous. Will be contacting corporate. And when I showed them this, they said it was normal.
I ordered the Philly steak and was incredibly disappointed. It was 85% bread and maybe 15% meat. If that. For the price it wasn't worth it. Won't be back.
