Disrespectful employee. Called out my order number wrong at least a couple of times. When I went to double check he called out the wrong number again and sounded rude. "I called your order number 3 times!" Calling out the wrong number 3 times doesn't make it right does it? And the amount of cheese on my gourmet fries was very minimal. All the other Charley's I've been to were great, just not this one.
Dont say you open at 10am if you actually arent open until 11am. Some of us plan our lunch breaks around when restaurants "open."
At the time of this post they had a deal going on- chicken cheesesteak and fries for $7.49. I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch). Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken).
