The fries are great and the steak sandwich is amazing!
Ordered my food online, little did I know it was gonna take 2 hours to make so I canceled the order but of course not without charging my card. So I called the store multiple times to fix the issue and to my surprise again no answer, so we drove over there to handle it in person and no staff members could help let alone the manager not being there. I left my contact info with them and they never called so needless to say this location is most certainly not worth it.
Disrespectful employee. Called out my order number wrong at least a couple of times. When I went to double check he called out the wrong number again and sounded rude. "I called your order number 3 times!" Calling out the wrong number 3 times doesn't make it right does it? And the amount of cheese on my gourmet fries was very minimal. All the other Charley's I've been to were great, just not this one.
Dont say you open at 10am if you actually arent open until 11am. Some of us plan our lunch breaks around when restaurants "open."
