I had recently placed a mobile order. I had ordered the boneless wings combo. I get to Charley’s to pick up my order, the gentleman says that they have no wings at this location. He said that this is the menu and he pointed to the in store menu. He made it clear that I can see it on my phone that there is wings, but they just do not at that location. Quite possibly the worst Charley's in the whole state. I mean, it's in a mall, so I can't discredit it too much. But man, my expectations are blown away by how poor of an experience I can have EVERY time I go here. Consistently terrible, it's like they're actively trying to do it. Just look at the receipt: no phone number, and the address goes to no where. You can't even contact them to tell them how bad of a job they're doing. Management is rude and unable to provide adequate customer service. When I reminded them I had requested Mayo the older Hispanic gentlemen placed it with his hand and gave it back.i have never received such service and he refused to give any information and said even if you call I'll answer.
