Quite possibly the worst Charley's in the whole state. I mean, it's in a mall, so I can't discredit it too much. But man, my expectations are blown away by how poor of an experience I can have EVERY time I go here. Consistently terrible, it's like they're actively trying to do it. Just look at the receipt: no phone number, and the address goes to no where. You can't even contact them to tell them how bad of a job they're doing. Management is rude and unable to provide adequate customer service. When I reminded them I had requested Mayo the older Hispanic gentlemen placed it with his hand and gave it back.i have never received such service and he refused to give any information and said even if you call I'll answer.
Horrible customer service they were not even acknowledge me whe I was talking to t them my order was wrong. Very rude cashier and workers
