Did a little shopping at the HIP and stopped by the food court to grab a quick lunch to go. Figured I'd give Charleys a try since it's been a hot minute since I've had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I ordered one of their original cheese steaks and a regular fries. Waited about 5 minutes for my order. Their service is quick and efficient. I can't really review the food Even though I was excited to try, The girl at the register was just stank! If you don't enjoy your job quit.. Just rude unhelpful.. I left the star because I had to in order to post this..

I had a great experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks in Norridge. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The cheesesteak was packed with flavor, and everything came out quickly. I’ve visited this restaurant several times and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and well maintained.
