I used to eat at Charley’s on Ft Knox and loved it. Tried this Charley’s at the mall and I ordered the Large Philly with extra meat and extra cheese, a large fry and a sweet tea. My wife ordered the small Philly. Our sandwiches had the same amount of ingredients on them and the large fry was the same amount as the small fry. The food was good, not happy about the rest of the experience though.
Food is good but when I asked for a combo, they default to a large drink and fries without asking. Then the fries came out and was not the quantity worth the fee for a large. Overpriced but good taste.
Food came wrong , was brought back in which they then didn’t return my French fries. Went up to the counter and asked for my fries and the gentleman proceeded to argue with me over them and then gave me a very tiny order of fries. Sandwich wasn’t made correct the second time either, DISAPPOINTED.
BEWARE!! THIS LOCATION IS OVERCHARGING AND NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT PRICES. I SUGGEST YOU GO TO THE RALEIGH LOCATION OR ORDER ONLINE! PLEASE NOTE THAT I SENT A FEEDBACK EMAIL REGARDING THIS AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
All I asked for was a cup of water and they gave me the smallest cup of water and charged me almost $2 for it
