The dude with long hair, glasses, and a beard is apparently a manager. I had ordered food with the app and I was not able to cancel it. I had told this man I purchased the food with my money that was CHARGED! And refused becaus "it didn't appear in the system" and decided to later give it to me until I pressed him. I already paid for my food through the app why refuse it because it wasnt on the system? I get employees don't know much of their stores apps. But a MANAGER should know how the store's app works. Bread was fantastic which is key to a great cheesesteak. Staff was great and the food came out pretty quickly during a very busy time. A large sub combo will run you about $20. Reasonable for the area. Will definitely return!!!
Horrible customer service. The cooks have no idea how to communicate in English it seems🤷🏾♂️
