this is one of the worst charleys i have come across. lack of communication, rude customer service, and an ability to mess up the simplest of orders. my husband went and got lunch, an old school philly for me, a bacon 3 for himself, and two orders of cheese fries. he called while still there and let me know the girl working the counter was rude and disrespectful, as her attitude gave a “you are bothering me” and she kept interrupting him while he was ordering. when he brought the order back, i noticed he hardly had any chees... read more

first, they mess up my order by making a single sandwich, when I had ordered two. Then, when they make it again, they mess up the ordered and it comes with ingredients that I did not ask for in my original order, as well as removing added ingredients. Wasting Time, Gas, and therefore more money over a sandwich is not something I like doing.

I typically reserve my reviews for exceptional or disappointing experiences, and unfortunately, my visit to this fast food establishment falls into the latter category. First and foremost, the service was notably lacking. The cash register attendant appeared disengaged and often had difficulty hearing my order, requiring multiple repetitions. Every time I go there the supervisor Mitsy always have an attitude, she’s rude, and sometimes she comments about clients between her teeth in Spanish, I really like their food, and the other workers are nice but every time I see her face know I don’t want to go anymore
