Got to the counter to order my meal. Informed cashier I wanted “Everyday Special Cheesesteak” and add a regular drink ($7.49 meal + $2.29 regular drink = $9.78 + TAX = cheaper than what I paid). Now needless to say the cashier said let’s make it a meal and it’s cheaper (huuuhh???? No no keep it the way “I as the customer is requesting”). We drive to Charley on the base. Get their at 6:15pm. It said online you closed at 8pm. I walked up their . Talked to a co-worker. I saw her cleaning a fryer. I asked her . Are you closed she said YES. WE ARE UPSET 😡.
The Grill is disgusting , all black and not clean. I don’t know how they cook on it ,as you see in the photos all small black pieces in the sandwich. I will never ever eat again there. Thanks
