Terrible experience. I came in just asking for a simple cup and straw for my child, and the guy behind the counter immediately got nasty and told me to go to Shake Shack instead. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. The staff clearly lack basic customer service skills and seem miserable in their roles. If this is how you treat people, I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with you daily. Do better this is probably the only job you losers will ever have.
WORSE PHILLY CHEESESTEAK EVER!!!! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY...it was disgusting 🫣 😒...Save your money

Guys if your in this mall don’t eat in this over price the sell you a Philly cheese sandwich 16 $ and the picture show a combo and then they tell you is not thats just for the sandwich i got the sandwich and it was extremely over seasoned i had to get it replaced. i went to get a refill the mgr was taking an order so i ask one the girls that was near by if she could give me a refill so she did then the manager got her into trouble because she help me out bad service!! DONT EAT HERE!!!
