It took almost to make 1 cheesesteak. It took so long that delivery service canceled the order. Tried calling the store 4 times, never got to talk to anyone because as soon as they pick up the phone they would hang up. Very disappointed.
I made a purchase totaling $13.82 at this store. When I received my receipt a tip of $75.76 was added to my order without my consent. I did not authorize any tip amount. I spoke to who I was told was the manager and informed him that I did not authorize the tip charge. He took my receipt and stated that he could not make the correction at that time.
