The cheesesteak was so cheap, they hardly put any meat in it. Way too expensive for the cheapness. Been to other Charley's and they've had way more meat. The customer service sucked. No greeting from anyone. All they kept doing was finishing a customer to go use their phone. At least the lemonade tasted good and the fries were fresh.
Horrible experience. Chicken smells so bad . It’s looks like so old. Service was horrible too .
FOOD POISONING, DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT LISTERIA! i ate here yesterday with my husband and he got a stomach ache so bad it sent him to urgent care, he was just diagnosed with listeria. he said the bacon tasted rancid. both us and other reviewers note how careless and shady the staff are so this was likely due to unsafe cooking practices. do your health a favor and stay away from this location at all costs
