Food has always been good here. But today I attemtped to order from their new menu where they have combos. I believe the owner was the one that tried to take my order and he was absolutely rude and just a prick. I will not be back. I walked away and went to Sbarro instead and was treated very well.
I know this is a sandwich place but I mean everything should come out hot and some taste. Got the wings there and they came out cold on the inside. Then to top it of it was tasteless not hot at all as I got the buffalo. Another thing is my fries where sitting on the counter for 3 orders before my order was ready. Everyone else got there pulled out and freshly made fries. Plus they were rushing me and the employee to take my order. Worst experience ever.
Very friendly staff! Nice atmosphere! I had a Philly cheesesteak that was tasty! It’s recommended !!!
Very rude staff with zero consideration that their English is very poor. As a customer the only reason I ordered the food was because I love Charley's but this location is typical of Johnson County. Zero accountability for employees actions and words.
