Very rude asked for ketchup 3 times was ignored. Gave me a cup that no lids would fit why didn't they give me a cup that a lid would fit?Have been a long time patron but I won't go back I can get a sandwich at a lot of other places.
Whatever you do don't order from here. I grew up in this place and next door and the manager and employees now are not good nor kind. They will laugh at you and when u call to make sure the things you are ALLEEGIC to are not on ur sandwich bc u can't customize online they will not make sure ur food is correct. Ordered the chicken teriyaki had hardly any meat no teriyaki sauce and two skimpy tomato slices, then on classic cheese steak barley enough meat to reach the side of the bread, maybe a tablespoon of cheese on the whole regular size sandwich! Definitely not what was advertised and most definitely will not be returning to this location again!!!!
Reggie is an amazing person! I witnessed some true compassion.
I mean the customer service was great but all these folks saying it's the best Philly they ve ever had definitely hasn't had a GREAT Philly cheese Steak! Not bad but definitely mediocre.
