5 Stars – Always Fresh, Clean, and Friendly! I absolutely love Charley’s! The food is always fresh and full of flavor — you can really tell they care about quality. The place is spotless every time I visit, and the service is fast, efficient, and always polite. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal, the experience is consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates great food and great service!
Terrible service so rude I came with my baby to get him something to eat I order the wings meal and fries and I asked to upgrade and add bacon and cheese that’s all I got charged for everything no problem. After I paid this other lady I guess the boss comes and starts creating a scene unprofessional “ no no no you can’t do that it’s a special nooo nooo I’m not doing it” lol I’m in shock because your staff didn’t know you can’t upgrade that’s your fault.
