Thank you to Mike and all the staff that helped me. My sandwich and fries were hot fresh and tasted amazing 👏. All of the Charleys in Dallas, Texas had pretty much closed down before I moved to Charlotte. I was so happy to see that they have locations here. Thank you to the young lady that was handling the taste testing. That taste test is the reason why I decided to have my lunch at Charleys that day. This review is long overdue. I used to come here a lot, but the people here are so disgusting and rude. First of all, I don’t understand as to why the old lady ALWAYS has an attitude.. like there’s no way you wake up with an attitude every damn day. She’s the WORST and she’s the manager. Hell her own crew don’t like her, I don’t understand why she’s there. Some of the crew is terrible but there’s one boy he’s really quiet and doesn’t do much. Was ignored by both people behind the counter. Niyah and Paney, Horrible attitude from both workers when I asked why. I would never eat from those two paney and Niyah Edit to add… the manager and I HAD EYE CONTACT, before she stated they were “too busy” even though I was the only one in line. NO ONE behind me.
