Slowest place for food on the planet
The lady let my father-in-law do his whole order before telling him their machine is down for star cards. She then shorted us 2 orders of fries. This is the second Charleys to short us fries. This place is a complete rip off. Going off previous reviews, our experience is nothing new. I don't know if they have the same owner, but hopefully post command will see this and remove this place and someone who has an idea of customer service will come in.
Takes too long to order and even longer to get the food and customer service went out the door, bad place
