The food here is just not what it used to be. The garlic Parm wings didn't have much flavor and the bread for the cheese steak wasn't toasted at all. Just going down hill like every other chain.

I love this place but not with this rude customer service the employee name kiria she very rude not only got my order all wrong I ask for my sandwich not to have Jalapeño peppers she got it all wrong still Charge me for her mistake there’s was another customer also ask me if she was rude to me and I tell them yes cuz she did the same thing to them as well not good for people like that to work with food

Imagine walking into a restaurant and the cashier doesn’t say a single word to you… even while you’re actively asking questions. One customer seemed to completely overwhelm a young male employee with medium-length dark hair to the point where he literally couldn’t speak.. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, and honestly one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They forgot my cheese sauce that I had paid for and he had to grab another team member for that... very very odd.

They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE CHEESE STEAK. THEY DONT BROWN STEAK. THEY DONT COOK PEPPERS. WORST I EVER HAD. READ WHAT A PHILLY CHEESESTAKE SANDWICH IS. ALSO NO LETTUCE AND TOMATOES. DONT GO THERE.
