Service was awful. One of the guy was so busy trying to hit on the coworker cooking that when the sandwich was ready call my number I was IN FRONT OF HIM AND ONLY PERSON WAITING. I TRY TO GET MY FOOD HE TOOK IT TWICE FROM ME BEFORE ANOTHER COWORKER SAID SOMETHING. I left the young men was laughing......
I went to go order bone and wings and I paid for them. I paid for three ranches and just what happened right now I end up getting a sandwich with fries. I normally don’t complain about things like this, but I didn’t realize it until I walked out. This is already happened twice so I will never eat at this establishment again. I recommend if you want to get your correct orders go to another Charlie’s they do not know what they’re doing.

This is bs I ordered a large loaded fries all I got was soggy fries that look like it could be a small not large with overwhelming amount of cheese. I couldn't even taste the fries because the cheese was so overpowering. The staff is very rude, takes forever and does not follow the health code. The girl that took my order went into trash and then went stright to the food without washing her hands or changing gloves and they weren't even busy. And when I had a question about the food the staff just tried to avoid awnsering.
On jun 13, I ordered sandwich the young boy who was vey angry and hostile, put three times mayo on my sandwich. The sandwich was full of Mayo which I could not eat. I am regreded why I did not get my refund and to ask them to put tge foid in their trash. Thus company need fire employees who harass customer. The employees was impolite and they wested my money.
