I was very disappointed with the quality of my sandwich. The bread was stale, and the sandwich itself was low-grade and far below my expectations. The overall quality was not worth the money spent. I expect fresh bread and better-quality ingredients when purchasing a sandwich. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark, and I would think twice before returning. Charley’s in the Paddock Mall needs to do better with food quality and freshness!

I get the best sandwich here! They do have veggie sandwiches which is very good and filling. The employees are great, specially the Asian guy -Joe he is very kind and polite. And they have a wide variety of drinks too.

8/26 at around 5:40pm- whoever the young woman with the fake blond hair is- She was not wearing a hairnet and had a large amount of it hanging loose over the food, she had her purple ear buds in speaking with someone on them, and I watched her wipe her gloves on the paper liner on both my mother's and I's sandwiches and her clothes. This woman made my mother's sandwich completely wrong and had a horrible, nasty attitude when she asked to have it remade. I’ve eaten at this location many times. I genuinely looked forward to eating there however today was the worse meal I’ve had there. The sandwich had very little meat on it and was very salty. I said everything on the sandwich except mushrooms and hot peppers. I had black olives lettuce and that all folks. The fries were limp like noodles. I was shocked disappointed and honestly mad.
