I want to share the poor experience I had at Cheesesteaks in Quail Springs Mall (Oklahoma City) so others can be aware. I ordered a cheesesteak combo, and when they told me my order was ready, I noticed a fly sitting on my sandwich. I informed the server, and he told me it was “just flying around.” I told him I didn’t want that sandwich and asked for a refund. Another employee offered to make me a new one, and I agreed. Got the old school for extra meat and there was definitely a lack of it all. So disappointed. Paid extra for nothing.
This location is always very fast and friendly. The knew Nashville hot cheesesteak is so yummy please don’t get rid of it! 🥺
✨They just stand around looking at you and the dining area. They choose the amount of food portions to give you. Every sandwich is not the same not sure if it's the language barrier or what. But ordered 3 sandwiches by three different people same size it were different portions. Had to order extra me meat because it did not look anything like the ads.$3 for extra meat. The evening crew
