Terrible service. Disrespectful and unprofessional
Had orginal shocks replaced on 2001 Expedition. Took about an hour longer than the estimated time. Which is understandable with all the rust. Very pleased with the work.
On 4/1/25 had brake job done at Charley's through Lucky Motors. Wheel locks were removed and replaced with lug nuts. About halfway home to Aurora steering wheel started to vibrate and continued to get worse. Before I could get home had to pull into a gas station because I couldn't control the steering wheel. Had to call for a tow. Next morning my mechanic showed me the wheel was being held on by one lug nut. Damage caused totaled more than $9,500.
if your another salvage yard trying to sell them parts- seems like they like to order parts than change the terms of sale upon arrival ----be careful selling them
Asked for check engine light off along with other things Bill 1225.00 Paid Go to car Check engine still on He said everything fixed Went back in i said eng8ne light on He said oh u need lifters Another 2000 Check with your warranty Have them do it Too busy for conversation I wonder why didn't he say before I paid Check engine light still on That's was my concern on paperwork Never again Rude
