En tant que touriste dans la région, j'ai dû me faire remorquer chez Charlevoix Toyota. Avant de partir, excellent support téléphonique avec Francis au Service. Sur place, un vendredi après-midi vers 14hr. William a travaillé fort, pour venir à bout du problème informatique, en procédant par élimination. Le tout fut réglé en toute satisfaction, pour profiter du week-end! Merci à l'équipe de Toyota Charlevoix! Beau travail!
