They are horrible at following up with anything, appointments equipment issues, anything at all. You Can never talk to someone when you call always have to leave a message then it takes day to hear back if at all. If they even do call back it about 15 minutes before they close so if you don't answer that call you play the game again the next day.
I finally got an appt. to have a sleep study done. I didn't know what to expect ( how long, what to bring, etc..) I tried calling the office twice before going, leaving a voice message to please return my call. I never heard from them. Went to my sleep study, the tech. nurse was great. It's been a month now and the only thing I've heard back about my study is a bill. I've called left a message, but calling seems a waste of time.
I fell through the cracks during covid, my machine no longer sends information, the last time I went in I did an at home sleep study. And was told around Thanksgiving by the next Monday I should have a new machine, I've since called three times with no call back. Still even after two days of this review no call back, it's been since Thanksgiving with no contact from charleviox sleep center what so ever, if you're having issues with sleep apnea,find another place to go you'll suffocate in your sleep before being helped.
I’ve had my sleep study completed for over a month and have been playing phone tag with the techs to get the equipment needed. I even tried to call scheduling and still had to leave a voicemail. Does anyone actually work in the office?
