My friend has constantly had to wait just for her scripts to get called in. She had an appointment today to get refills and 4 hours later these incompetent people can't even call it in. If you need medical aid of any kind please look any where but this garbage clinic
This place is a joke… I’m 19 years old and need to have my gallbladder removed and because I missed an appointment last week due to my brother and sister in law having a kid and because I rescheduled they 100% turned me away
Amazing office staff and medical staff.
I urge people in need of a physician to avoid Physicians Clinic of Charlevoix like they would avoid the plague. My wife was a patient and was overcharged. I contacted the clinic on March 6, 2018 and the person I spoke to in the billing department acknowledged the overcharge. I was told we would be reimbursed in 2 months. The person I spoke to could not explain why it would take 2 months to make a simple reimbursement.
