Overpriced for what you get, but clean.
We recently stayed at the inn. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The AC kept the room perfect for sleeping. The receptionist was friendly and had us to our room quickly which I appreciated. We will be staying there again on future trips.
Please consider staying elsewhere when planning your trip to Charlevoix. When I arrived for my stay the front desk misunderstood my request to put my room close to my parents when they arrived the next day. Front desk assumed this meant I needed an extra room which I never asked for. They charged my account for an additional room. When I made the manager aware of the misunderstanding she decided it was my fault for not understanding that she was charging me therefore she would not remove the additional $200 charge.
