I chose an accessible room with a roll in shower because we are older and have a hard time stepping into a tub. The bathroom and shower were huge and could easily accommodate a wheelchair. There is nowhere in the shower to place your shampoo or body wash. It is impossible to put it on the floor when you have mobility issues. The shower was the hand held type on a hose. DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked a room for a soccer tournament and were notified by other parents that their room had bed bugs, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it was old, and dirty. We all relocated to the Hilton Petosky. I was still charged for my room $243 and TWICE!
Loved staying here! Front desk guy is so nice, Gus definitely made the stay even better:) Pool was super nice, and the complimentary cookies were to die for!! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future! 😁 Thank you again Augustus for ur kindness, professionalism, and amazing customer service!!
