Nice clean room comfortable bed and pillows , breakfast was good hot and always refilled , the morning we were there had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, choices of fruit bagels yogurt and more. Staff were friendly and helpful even gave us a $15.00 complimentary casino certificate. Would absolutely recommend and will return when we’ve in need of a hotel room again - attended a wedding at the castle farms - also a great place
We came here for my husband’s birthday and the hot tub was dangerously hot, to the point of burning to the touch. The front desk worker was super nice, but couldn’t fix it and said it had been an issue for a few weeks. Closed the hot tub to keep people safe. We wouldn’t have spent money for a night here if we knew there wasn’t a working hot tub. Super disappointing and no offer of a refund or anything!
The only reason we would give it 4 stars versus 5 is simply a matter of the price. But during the summer season we accept the fact that we will get price gouged. $360 a night for a small room with a queen bed is absurd. It just is. But we knew what we were signing up for when we booked. The service was great. They had phenomenal communication all the way thru the process. The inn and suites worked well. A bit off, if you want to get to town, driving may be needed. Clean and some 'breakfast options'. Big plus for our daughter was the indoor pool & hottub option. Very reasonable for the otherwise more pricey Charlevoix. We just crashed here to catch the morning ferry. All easy!
Walls are thin you hear doors closing all the time rooms are outdated small dark and dingy. Sink had a bunch of cracks in it dont know how it wasent leaking everywhere. The shower door seal was black with mildew. The trim didnt fit well big gaps between the trim and wall. Stains and noticeable patch jobs on the walls. In general just not that nice didnt sleep well at all. On the up side the breakfast sausage was pretty good eggs were fluffy and the waffle maker was awesome! Great waffles.
