Cockroach in our room! Dirty sock found on the floor.
Tried booking on their website somehow was hijacked by booking.com then get there place under construction was told they would approve the refund request through booking.com they denied it spent 450 on a room we never stayed in because of the construction and they had said we would get a refund. Booking.com claims they refused the approval for a refund customer service is a joke stay at another hotel you're better off than here
Our room had a radiator for the heater leaking and the floor was soaked all the way to the television. They sent a guy in to fix it and put towels down. Instead of changing our room they kept us in that one. The room was cleaned prior to us arriving either. We found someone’s deodorant cap under the leaking radiator
Lots of remodeling going on here in boy do they need it! Despite the great staff and really nice view out the windows, the rooms need a facelift.
