Had an issue with my Ram truck while visiting family in Charlevoix. Mike got my part in and installed very quickly and with no hassles. Thanks! I hung out in the lobby and got back on the road. Nice dealership!

-BEFORE current ownership-5 star. This is the place to buy a car. They had my dream car on the lot in 4 days after my test drive! The staff were amazing and the showrooms super clean. -RECENTLY- I don’t know where I landed. This is not the same place we bought the dream car. We were traveling cross-country in our motorhome while towing our Jeep wrangler. We started getting a high temperature warning on one of our Jeep tires and guessed we had a sticking brake caliper. We called all over and no one could get us in for a week or more. The service center at Charlevoix understood our predicament and went out of their way to get us in the next day.
