Terrible, I had my car after hitting a deer and never could reach any body after many calls.
Had an issue with my Ram truck while visiting family in Charlevoix. Mike got my part in and installed very quickly and with no hassles. Thanks! I hung out in the lobby and got back on the road. Nice dealership!

-BEFORE current ownership-5 star. This is the place to buy a car. They had my dream car on the lot in 4 days after my test drive! The staff were amazing and the showrooms super clean. -RECENTLY- I don’t know where I landed. This is not the same place we bought the dream car. Hopefully, the new owners or management have been diligently working on running a dealership, maintenance and service garage. I wouldn’t know because I am leary to go back.
