Sister Inlaw bought a car from them and not even 2 months later transmission completely went out on car. Now shes stuck with a 20k$ paper weight for a car and a 12k transmission bill. Hasn't even made her third payment on the car. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder they are going out of business
Bad customer relations. Promised a call by manager on Friday on availability of my new vehicle and never received a call with at least an update. Then, promised a call again on Monday and again no phone call update.
I bought a 2013 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership. I’ve had it for a couple years now. My rear ac line went out, so I had them check and get me a quote. 2300 and some change was the original quote. Part online was $400 which was a big red flag. I do understand they have to make money on it. Talked them down to 2000.
