My wife suffered a medical emergency while on holidays in Charleville. After a complex rescue operation by SES volunteers, Fire services and Ambulance personnel she was taken to Charleville hospital late in the evening. All staff at the hospital were so kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble to help my wife through the trauma she had suffered. They even gave us food throughout the ordeal. What an amazing place. My wife and I arrived here feeling unwell. Turns out we had covid. The doctors and staff were fantastic. I had to go back twice after the initial visit as I developed a rash and hives. Luckily it wasn't due to the ant viral medication and was provided with antihistamines which did the trick.
We are currently travelling through outback Queensland and have recently needed the ED of Charleville Hospital. We cannot speak highly enough of Dr David Berger and the nursing staff who attended to us 3 times in 48 hours. We were so well cared for with friendliness, efficiency and an amazing Dr. Thank you all so much for this very positive experience, in spite being ill. We appreciate your services to the community! 😊
