Dr. Charlet is a great Dr. But when you try for almost 2 weeks to get a refill for epilepsy medication and the nurse refuses to have it called in because an appointment was canceled in April due to covid till she sees the Dr, and has to wait for 5 days without meds to see the Dr, said nurse is putting the patient's life in danger. I would personally like to thank this nurse for causing my wife to have a seizure due to lack of medication. This was a totally unprofessional act from the nurse.
