Went in today to deal with my car insurance. Something really messed up with monthly payments. The ladies helping me today were the best, even tho one was in training. The more seasoned lady made a call to ICBC office and was able to figure out some options for me. In end it all worked out well and had to get new plate. The lady was able to help me take off the old plates aswell as I am very weak and the bolts were rusted. All in all best customers service.
