Called in a few days ago to see if I could get my son seen a few days ago. The guy on the phone told me they were booked for the day, but was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. He was nice and polite, and the doctor was great too. I can't remember the doctor's name but the guy on the phone, I believe he said his name was Reese. Seems like a nice doctor's office too.
Like others have mentioned, the experience I had here was horrific! The care is non existent and receptionist is especially rude. The male receptionist there is the worst. One person mentioned a specific doctor as being conceited and inept. I’d agree with that person on that physician. Dr Warraich is a bully. No compassion, just a downright bully! I want to thank Dr. Glew for at least twenty years of excellent care. He was so easy to talk to and always get a straight answer. To bad he’s retiring and I didn’t get a chance to say good by as I transferred to another doctor. I even used to see him at the gym and would get a greeting from him. Hopefully I’m as happy with my new doctor
Dr. Rehsia misdiagnosed with me an advanced and incurable genetic disease based on a physical exam of my palm. Obviously Dr. Rehsia doesn't know much about how the hand works, because when I finally paid to see a doctor in Calgary, he took one look at me and said "you obviously tore your tendon...who told you you had Dupuytrens?" Then I went to a doctor in Boston (don't trust WPG doctors after this), and he said the same thing. Obviously tore my tendon, who the heck told you otherwise? Dr. Rehsia is nothing but a pill pusher, I initially went in for anxiety and he just prescribed me an SSRI and told me nothing about side effects and what not, the side effects caused me to be suicidal and cause a manic episode. I went in to complain about side effects and he told me “let’s up the dose” which is absolutely ridiculous and downplay the severity of the side effects.
