When a 80+ year old woman had to move out to go to an assisted living facility, the management illegally withheld a portion of the damage damage deposit for A scuff mark on the wall. When questioned about the legeitmacy , they said you can fight it but will take 5-6 months to resolve. Clearly they are expecting people to just give up. Normal wear and tear is considered acceptable according to Residential Tenancies. Their scam of taking advantage of seniors isn’t acceptable. AVOID!
Great suites for seniors.
First time using our new oven we had issues with it. We contacted the Resident Manager, Tatiana who stopped by to check it and within 4 hours of a long weekend brought us a new stove. Tatiana was courteous, efficient and resolution focused. Thanks Tatiana for your commitment to your job and the residents of this complex.
Wonderful people, always helpful. New facilities in the Oakdale apt building are great with space for wheelchairs, walkers or just chit chat with others after a class. Always something going on, lots of options from various fitness classes, games, music and events like speakers to days trips.
