Emily was a pleasure to work with and she was so patient with us even though we showed up to the leasing office near closing time on a Sunday. Emily was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helpful throughout the entire buying process. She worked well with my realtor and was fair and easily accessible the whole time. She was in no way obligated, but she even helped me resolve a non-related issue right after I moved in! Home-buying can be extremely stressful, but she helped make it a great experience overall.
