Good new community getting built . They have good people to help you . Quality of work seems to be nice .
I worked with Crystal at DR HORTON at Charlestown Lakes. I ultimately decided not to purchase in Saint Charles and remain in the town that I live in. Crystal was a gem to work with, she answered every single question I had, and never made me feel like I was a nuisance when I visited the property multiple times. She even took my mom and I to see another community by DR HORTON. I cannot say enough, great things about her!
Currently, the vents on my home bang so loud it’s ridiculous. I’ve sent multiple messages and received no resolution. Upon speaking to other home owners, they were told by the builder that nothing can be done. It’s a $15 fix that they aren’t willing to make on a half a million dollar home? That’s just one of many problems. Until they can resolve these issues, DO NOT BUY. RUN.
