Met with Dennis twice to go over our remodel. It then took over 3-months for him to get back with us only to say he could not do what we asked. We asked him what could be done and never received a response. Another company was able to tell us in 3-days whether or not they could do the job. Customer service is lacking as we thought highly of the company in the beginning.
The owner of this business, Dennis M Pusateri, lacks morals, integrity, is the most two faced liar I’ve ever come across personally and in business. Not only was he incapable of a simple vacation home cabinet and countertop redo but he’s in fact hidden the fact that has a 45 year old son from his current family, has never seen, raised or supported that child and come to find out after 20 years of letters and calls he’s never spoken to or met his grandchildren and now his great grandson.
