The service waiting area did not impress me as the magaxines were old and dirty ,the chairs uncomfortable and the tv was very loud....not a restful experience. Also with a new Nisson first visit the car is returned freshly cleaned and washed....not so at Toyota

The car we were interested in was labeled with a price $10 000 under the price that they actually wanted for the car. They informed us of this but proceeded to return the slip with that price back into the car. Disappointing as the car was now out of our budget. All this was after test driving and budgeting for the purchase. I recommend asking for the actual price of the vehicles in the dealership before getting too interested.
We just bought a hilux, and Jacquelyn was absolutely amazing. We travelled from Sydney, and she constantly communicated with us and ensured everything went well prior to us coming up. Exceptional customer service and couldn’t recommend more.
