Great customer service. I was waiting for the person in front of me to finish their wash, but they backed up slightly and stopped, so they took mine. Called and got the owner on the phone within seconds and received a refund immediately without hesitation.
It appeared the soap was out or just not dispensing correctly. Usually a great carwash
I tried going through the touch free one evening and it didn’t start when I pulled through. I called the number and the were there in less then 5 minutes and gave me a ticket for a free wash. He was very friendly. Very happy with the way the handled my problem!
