The staff is very pleasant, especially the lady at reception. We came in for an oil change, but they didn't have any available time for us. The lady called a garage for us and found us an appointment with another garage right away. Very kind of them. I recommend it.
We came here as Klosters where the car was bought never answer their phones. The staff at Charlestown Steering are very efficient and friendly and did a great job with the under warranty service of the car. I recommend highly.
I have been going here for a few years now. Everyone is very friendly and I love how they tell you what needs doing next service.. it then gives me an idea on the cost of next service
