Very unhelpful work fell out within two weeks and wants to charge me again for faulty work and bad quality dental… Wouldn’t recommend to anyone one stay away ….
I am quite frankly terrified of the dentist and a rather anxious patient whenever I am in the chair. This is the only dental centre that I am comfortable (albeit still very reluctant) visiting. The ENTIRE staff of Charlestown Dental Centre from the team in reception, to Amanda the hygienist and Neil the dentist, are exceptional. They are kind, accommodating of my irrational anxiety and overall just good at their jobs.
Incompetent and unhelpful
I love this dentist and staff. I was made feel so comfortable when there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. My Dentist Dr Sowter was amazing! Dr Sowter is very informative and professional he managed my anxiety and other health issues with care that words cannot explain, when informed that I would require a full mouth extractions of 15 teeth my anxiety was at its peak with my other health issues at the forefront Dr Sowter ... read more
