Incompetent and unhelpful
I love this dentist and staff. I was made feel so comfortable when there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. My Dentist Dr Sowter was amazing! Dr Sowter is very informative and professional he managed my anxiety and other health issues with care that words cannot explain, when informed that I would require a full mouth extractions of 15 teeth my anxiety was at its peak with my other health issues at the forefront Dr Sowter ... read more
Dr Neil and the staff at Charlestown Dental deserve a big shout out for their excellent service and professionalism. Neil is an extremely competent, knowledgable and pleasant dentist. He explains the procedure well and is quick and accurate in completing the procedure. I’m a very satisfied long term client.
