I've worked out of this building for the last 2 years. My company has an office/warehouse space. Having the flex space works out well for us. It's nice being close to the highway and having the freight elevator for deliveries.

We are a residential remodeling company and started renting a 1,000 SF space here a few years ago. We upgraded to a 2,500 SF space here last year. The owners remodeled the unit before we moved in. It is fully open with an industrial feel which we love. They installed new larger windows last Summer so we have a great view of Charlestown and the City. The management here is very nice. I have been consistently impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire facility is. The management team clearly takes pride in ensuring that everything is in top-notch condition. Charlestown Commerce Center is such a great property. Building 2 has many improvements. Great location for big and small businesses ranging from office, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and technology. The landlord is investing in the property with many upgrades. Building 2 is great for new entrepreneurs who are looking for the next big step with their business. The landlord is always willing to work with you to suit your needs. Room for expansions so many possibilities. The staff is AMAZING!!!
